Mainland Dental Associates is an established, newly renovated private practice in Atlantic County, New Jersey, with 13 operatories, a dedicated surgical implant suite, advanced digital technology, and a strong existing patient base. We're PPO and fee-for-service only, with no HMO or Medicaid, so our doctors focus on comprehensive care, not volume.

Guaranteed Base: $200,000 per year
Production Bonus: 32% of adjusted production
No lab fee deductions
Expected Earnings: $500,000+ annually for high producers, with the opportunity to build toward a $1M+ personal production schedule

You'll step into consistent, established patient volume in a hygiene-driven practice supported by 4 hygienists, an experienced clinical and administrative team, and an established PPO and FFS patient base, with the room to develop a substantial personal production schedule.
