Healthy Smiles Lincoln City is a full-service, family-owned private practice in Lincoln City, Oregon, in a beautiful office overlooking the bay. We're efficiently run with a family feel, and we focus on education and preventive care, giving patients the best treatment now so they need less later.

We're looking for a dentist to build the practice around. This is an untapped coastal market, our marketing campaign is ready to launch the day you start, and the growth from here is yours.

Compensation & Benefits

Guarantee: $20,000 per month for the first 6 months

Expected Earnings: $240,000+ annually

Compensation after the guarantee: Revenue-share model, 50% of revenue less associated expenses

Schedule

• 4-day week: Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, your choice
• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, your choice

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role in a full-service dental facility where the practice will be built around you: an existing patient base to expand, a marketing campaign launching on your arrival to keep you busy, and the autonomy to grow the practice your way.

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Crowns
• Extractions
• Implants
• Comprehensive restorative and preventive care

Formal mentorship with Dr. Bratland means a new graduate or early-career dentist has structured support from day one, and an experienced dentist has a partner to plan cases with.

You'll be supported by a modern, efficiently run office, including:

• Digital X-rays
• Electronic health records
• Advanced sterilization equipment

There is a path to partnership for a dentist who builds this practice and wants to own part of what they built.
