First Dental is a fully digital, highly productive multi-location private practice based in Dodge City, Kansas, with four offices and a team of six dentists. We're dedicated to exceptional dental care and positive patient experiences, and to developing the dentists who deliver them.

We're adding a skilled, passionate dentist to a supportive, collaborative team with the training, technology, and patient volume to build a career, not just fill a schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $300,000 guaranteed annual base, plus 30% of collections

• Monday through Friday, with Fridays as half days

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role in a productive, six-dentist group where mentorship is built in. You'll treat patients of all ages across comprehensive general dentistry, with structured training to grow into the most complex and rewarding cases.

Mentorship is provided in:

• Fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Extractions
• Root canals
• Implants
• Veneers and full-mouth aesthetic cases
• Orthodontics

You'll be supported by state-of-the-art technology in a fully digital office, and a skilled, experienced clinical team, in a collaborative environment where doctors work together on cases and stay current through ongoing CE.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Licensed in Kansas, or able to obtain licensure (we'll facilitate it)
• Current BLS/CPR certified
• Clinically proficient, with excellent communication and a commitment to patient satisfaction
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a diverse case mix
• Eager to learn; prior experience or specialized training is a plus, not a requirement
