Cumberland Valley Dental Group is a growing, multi-location, fee-for-service practice in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, built on trust, transparency, and a simple idea: we build leaders, not just employees. We're looking for a motivated, clinically strong general dentist to join us. Whether you're fresh out of school or years into practice, you'll get real mentorship, the autonomy to shape your schedule and scope, and a clear, attainable path to partnership.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections (minus 35% of lab costs)

Daily Guarantee: $1,000 per day

Expected Earnings: Our three current associates average $350,000 in take-home pay. One associate earns $600,000 doing bread-and-butter dentistry, no specialties.

The Opportunity

You'll have full autonomy to perform the procedures you're confident in, with all specialties in-house for the rest, and the flexibility to shape your scope around your skills and interests:

• Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges
• Fixed and removable prosthodontics
• Endodontic therapy, anteriors through molars
• Extractions, simple and some surgical
• Implant restorations
• Pediatric dentistry and Invisalign (if comfortable or trained)
• Soft-tissue laser procedures
• Hygiene exams and periodic re-care

Mentorship is real. Our associates are mentored from day one by collaborative, experienced doctors in a supportive, low-stress environment, which is how a bread-and-butter dentist here reaches $600,000.

You'll be supported by modern technology and a strong team, including:

• CEREC same-day dentistry
• CBCT imaging
• Soft-tissue laser
• EFDAs and a strong hygiene department
