Deer Creek Dental Clinic is a thriving, high-tech private practice in Tomah, Wisconsin, offering full-scope general dentistry in a collaborative, fast-paced environment backed by advanced technology and a strong team culture. We're home to 2 doctors, 4 hygienists, and 18 team members.

We're adding a motivated, clinically capable dentist to a well-established, high-producing schedule, with strong mentorship and excellent long-term potential for a dentist who wants to focus on restorative work and grow from there.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 32% of collections or a guaranteed $200,000 base, whichever is higher. The practice has maintained a 100% collection rate for the past two years.

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$330,000+ annually; our previous associate earned $310K–$330K

First-Year Guarantee: $200,000

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Benefits Include:

• $5,000 annual CE allowance
• 401(k) with 3% employer match on a 5% employee contribution, eligible after one year
• Flexible PTO, including up to two consecutive weeks

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No Fridays, no weekends

The Opportunity

This is a full-time restorative GP role with a well-balanced schedule and steady patient flow from day one.

Your clinical focus is bread-and-butter general dentistry:

• Composite restorations
• Crowns
• Simple extractions

Endodontics and implants are available, not required. If you want to grow into them, the mentorship and technology are here; if you'd rather stay restorative, the schedule supports that too.

Mentorship from a Kois Center graduate and AGD Fellow. Whether you're an experienced dentist seeking autonomy and earnings, or a confident new graduate focused on restorative work, you'll have advanced clinical mentorship available to you.

You'll be supported by a fully digital, high-tech office, including:

• Prexion CBCT
• Digital radiography and intraoral scanners
• Deka CO2 and diode lasers
• VHF R5 milling unit with Exocad digital workflow
• 3D printing (SprintRay ecosystem)
• Shining Elite and Elf scanners
• Air polishing for hygiene
• Open Dental practice management

• A licensed general dentist; 1+ years preferred, confident new grads considered
• Clinically confident in restorative dentistry
