Expected Earnings: $200,000–$350,000+ annually, with additional bonuses and incentives

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role in a growing private practice with a large and expanding patient base, and a rare chance to work alongside a 30-year, third-generation dentist who has built multiple practices and invests in developing the doctors on her team.

You'll practice comprehensive general dentistry supported by a full clinical team, including treatment plan coordinators, hygienists, EFDAs, and assistants, so your chair time goes to dentistry.

Growth is built into the structure. Our bonus system and promotion policy reward production and leadership, with managerial potential and a buy-in opportunity for a dentist who wants more than an associate role.

You'll be supported by the latest technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• CEREC same-day dentistry
• Digital scanners
• Pearl AI and other diagnostic software

Our office is modern and beautifully designed, and we invest in continuing education and in-practice training for every doctor.
