Smile Bright Dental is a fast-paced, supportive private practice in downtown Edison, New Jersey, with an established, loyal patient base and a team that keeps the day running smoothly.

We're looking for a dentist who wants to run the clinical side of the practice: the lead doctor, your own schedule, your own treatment plans, and a real path to partnership. If you've outgrown being one of six associates in a group and you're ready to take the reins somewhere that's already busy, this is that opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of production or 35% of collections

Expected Earnings: $250,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $850 per day

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role as the lead and only doctor in the office. You own the schedule, the treatment planning, and the patient relationships, and the practice backs you with an experienced team, modern technology, and a book of patients that's already built.

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry with a surgical and endodontic focus, including:

• Root canals, including molar endo
• Surgical extractions and bone grafting
• Implant placement (preferred)
• Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry

You'll be supported by modern technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• iTero scanners
• Digital X-rays

Partnership is the goal. We're looking for a long-term dentist who establishes themselves in the office and grows into ownership with it.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with 3+ years of experience
• Confident in molar endo and surgical extractions
• Comfortable working independently and leading a clinical team
• A natural leader who takes ownership of the practice's results
• Looking to grow into partnership and build a long-term career here
