At Lakeshore Dentistry, our restorative dentists refer implant placement, bone grafting, and surgical extractions internally - giving you immediate access to a strong surgical patient base. 

We're a fully fee-for-service practice, not a PPO-driven volume office, where clinical autonomy, advanced technology, and exceptional patient care come first.

If you enjoy placing implants, grafting bone, performing surgical extractions, and treatment planning comprehensive cases, you'll have an immediate patient base waiting for you.

Compensation & Benefits

Daily Guarantee: $1,200/day while you ramp up

Compensation: Greater of daily guarantee or 30% of Production (NOT Collections)

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000+ - Realistic first-year earnings based on current surgical volume

What You'll Be Doing

• Place dental implants
• Perform bone grafting procedures
• Surgical extractions
• Comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Develop and lead complex treatment plans
• Work alongside an experienced team dedicated to high-level patient care

Right now, most of our surgical cases are referred out. With you on board, that volume stays in-house, giving you an established surgical pipeline from day one, balanced with general operative dentistry and hygiene exams between cases.

Mentorship That Goes Both Ways

We're a collaborative teaching practice.

You'll work closely with the owner on advanced treatment planning and surgical cases while also helping mentor fellow clinicians. We believe experienced dentists make everyone around them better.

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD
• Michigan license (or eligible)
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• Proven experience placing implants, bone grafting, and performing surgical extractions
• A dentist looking for a long-term home where they can continue growing clinically
