We're a fully fee-for-service practice, not a PPO-driven volume office, where clinical autonomy, advanced technology, and exceptional patient care come first.
If you enjoy placing implants, grafting bone, performing surgical extractions, and treatment planning comprehensive cases, you'll have an immediate patient base waiting for you.
Daily Guarantee: $1,200/day while you ramp up
Compensation: Greater of daily guarantee or 30% of Production (NOT Collections)
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000+ - Realistic first-year earnings based on current surgical volume

Right now, most of our surgical cases are referred out. With you on board, that volume stays in-house, giving you an established surgical pipeline from day one, balanced with general operative dentistry and hygiene exams between cases.
