Dental Station Family Dentistry is a close-knit, family-oriented practice in Waco, Texas, where we genuinely know our patients and treat them like family. We've built a small-town atmosphere rooted in an "everyone helps everyone" mentality, and we practice relationship-driven dentistry focused on keeping our patients healthy and stable for years to come.

Our doctor is looking to slow down a bit after 30 years in dentistry, opening a genuine opportunity for the right associate to grow with, and within, the practice. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections

Expected Earnings: $120,000–$250,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $600 per day for the first 6 months

Benefits Include:

• Health insurance: 50% of the employee premium covered (UHC)
• 401(k): employer match up to 4% (5-year vesting)
• $1,000 annual CE allowance / reimbursement
• Paid time off: 1 week in year one, 2 weeks in years 2-5, 3 weeks after 5 years

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role with a genuine opportunity to grow into an expanding practice as our doctor steps back.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, normal business hours
• Some flexibility, negotiable after discussion with the team

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, taking on everything you're capable and comfortable performing, with a real willingness on our part to help you expand your capabilities over time.

Mentorship & Growth

You'll have mentorship and support from a doctor with 30 years of experience in dentistry. We're genuinely committed to helping the right associate grow their skills and grow within the practice, and as our doctor slows down, there's real room for the practice to expand with the right person. For the right long-term fit, there is also a path to partnership.

Technology & Systems

Our practice is modern and well-equipped, including:

• Digital X-rays
• CBCT imaging
• Cephalometric (ceph) imaging

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with 2 to 3 years of experience
• Eager to expand their capabilities and grow with the practice
• A genuine team player and collaborator
• Someone with a love for long-term, relationship-based dentistry
• Committed to treating patients like family
