Dental Station Family Dentistry is a relationship-driven private practice in Waco, Texas, where patients are known by name and treated like family. We practice dentistry built for the long term: stable, healthy patients who stay with us for decades, and a team that operates on an "everyone helps everyone" mentality.

We're adding an associate to an established patient base growing by 35–40 new patients a month, a full support team, and a partnership buy-in at year two for the right long-term fit. If you want to own your future rather than rent someone else's, this is the practice to build it in.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections

Expected Earnings: $180,000–$250,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $600/day for the first 6 months

Benefits Include:

• Health insurance, 50% of the employee premium covered (UHC)
• $2,500 annual CE allowance
• 401(k) with employer match up to 4% (5-year vesting)
• Paid time off: 1 week in year one, 2 weeks in years 2–5, 3 weeks after 5 years

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, normal business hours
• No Fridays, no weekends, with some flexibility negotiable with the team

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity in an established practice welcoming 35–40 new patients a month, with a 50/50 fee-for-service and PPO mix and a consistently busy patient flow. 

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, with a focus on:

• Sedation dentistry
• Comprehensive restorative and full-mouth reconstruction
• Oral surgery
• General restorative and preventive care

You'll be supported by 6 operatories, 3 hygienists, and 2 assistants, and by modern technology including:

• CBCT imaging
• Digital X-rays
• Cephalometric imaging

Informal mentorship is available from a senior doctor with 35 years of experience who is willing to guide you on surgical and advanced cases as you grow.

There is also a defined path to partnership, with a buy-in opportunity at year two for the right candidate.

• Licensed general dentist with 2–3 years of experience
• Growth mindset, eager to expand clinical capabilities
• Confident in general restorative dentistry, with skills or strong interest in sedation dentistry, full-mouth reconstruction, and oral surgery
• Team player who wants long-term, relationship-based dentistry
