Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 28–30% of adjusted production (to be discussed based on experience)

Expected Earnings: $180,000–$350,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $800- $1,000 per day, guaranteed for the first 6 months depending on experience, with the option to continue as a standard base pay going forward (to be discussed)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role stepping into an established patient base with an experienced team of 2 hygienists, 2 assistants, and 2 front-office staff supporting you.

Schedule:

• Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Some Fridays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Regular weekly hours, with flexibility when needed

You'll practice a full scope of general dentistry, with all aspects a possibility, from routine care through more complex treatment, including implant placement and restoration.
