Riverglen Dental is a supportive, collaborative practice in a northwest suburb of Columbus, Ohio, beautifully located along the Olentangy Trail near the Hills Market in Worthington. We're a growing practice with a team that works well together and always jumps in to help one another. Our environment is often fast-paced, but we still make time to connect with patients chairside.

We're looking to add an associate as one of our doctors retires, an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values a genuinely caring, team-oriented culture and wants to grow with us over time.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of adjusted production (the owner pays all lab fees)

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day

Expected Earnings: $80,000–$125,000 annually (based on a 2-day-per-week schedule)

Benefits Include:

• $1,000 annual CE allowance, in a practice that genuinely values continuing education

The Opportunity

This is a part-time role with genuine full-time potential as the practice continues to grow. You'll step in to replace a retiring doctor, moving into an established patient base.

Schedule:

• Monday or Friday is required, plus a Tuesday or Thursday
• Sample hours: Monday 8:00-5:00 (lunch 1:00-2:00) or Friday 8:00-2:00, with Tuesday/Thursday 8:00-4:00 or 10:00-6:00
• Some flexibility to tailor the days and hours

You'll provide a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Fillings and crowns
• Some removable prosthodontics
• Simple extractions
• Simple endodontics

Mentorship & Growth

You'll have genuine guidance and support from the owner, who's happy to help wherever needed. Continuing education is a real priority here, and it's something we want the associate to take part in and grow through. For the right long-term fit, a path to partnership is currently in planning.

Our practice is modern and fully digital, equipped with:

• Digital X-rays and intraoral imaging
• Trios 5 intraoral scanner
• Picasso soft-tissue laser
• Electronic records (Dentrix)

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist, ideally with 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Someone with a cheerful demeanor and a comforting chairside manner
• A strong communicator with both patients and the team
• Someone who genuinely cares about their patients, their clinical work, and the team and practice
• Comfortable across a core general scope: fillings, crowns, removable prosthetics, and simple extractions and endo
