Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $50 to $65 per hour

Production Bonus: When production reaches 3.3x base (calculated monthly), you earn 15% of the overage as a hygiene bonus

Benefits Include:

• Health insurance: 50% of the employee premium covered
• 401(k) with 3% match (after one year)
• Paid time off: 2 weeks vacation plus 2 PTO days for full-time (holidays, PTO, and vacation begin after a 90-day probationary period, accruing during the first year and applied retroactively)
• Continuing education: paid tuition and travel
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 at signing, then $500 every 2 months)
• Relocation assistance available

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

MK Dental Excellence offers a strong clinical environment where hygienists can focus on delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and working with a collaborative team in a modern, well-equipped office.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM
• Every other Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Some flexibility to adjust start and end times

Technology & Clinical Support

You'll work with modern, up-to-date technology, including:

• Dexis digital radiography
• Intraoral scanners
• CBCT imaging
• Ultrasonic scalers

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
• 1 year of experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome
• Strong clinically, with skills in co-diagnosis and periodontal care
• Dependable, with a strong work ethic and a growth-oriented mindset
• A genuine team player and strong communicator
