Smiles Only Sedation Dental & Implant Center is an independently owned and operated practice in Tucson, Arizona, built around one mission: go above and beyond, delivering only the best patient-centered dental care. We're seeking an associate who's passionate about advanced dentistry, excellent patient care, and continuous learning, someone excited to work on rewarding, complex cases in a practice built to support them.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$350,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $1,000 per day for the first 3 months

• Arizona sedation permit assistance for dentists not yet certified

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role in a high-tech, growth-driven practice focused on advanced implant and full-mouth rehabilitation dentistry.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No evenings, no weekends

You'll provide a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Root canals
• Crowns and fillings
• Extractions
• Exams and consultations

Not sedation certified yet? No problem. Sedation dentistry is a major part of our practice, and if you'd like to offer it to your patients, we'll assist you in obtaining your Arizona sedation permit. 

And you'll have the opportunity to be involved in sedation cases and work alongside our team on complex treatments, including implants, full-arch cases, and comprehensive restorative dentistry.

Mentorship & Growth

Mentorship is hands-on here. We offer on-site mentorship in full-mouth implant restorations and full-arch implant surgery, specifically All-on-4 and 3-on-6, along with a complete digital design workflow. Whether you're an experienced clinician ready for more complex full-arch cases or a newer dentist eager to build those skills, you'll have direct guidance and clinical support to grow. Experience with full-mouth implants and full-mouth rehabilitation is preferred, and new graduates eager to grow into implant and sedation work are welcome.

• CAD/CAM systems, EXOCAD, and 3D printers
