With 60-minute appointments, an established hygiene schedule, and modern technology throughout, this is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values quality care, a great team, and a genuine work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $60 or more per hour (with $60+ for hygienists who are local-anesthesia certified)
Benefits Include:
- $1,000 CE allowance
- 10 days of paid time off
- Local anesthesia certification rewarded with a higher rate
The Opportunity
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a flexible 4-day-friendly schedule and no weekends.
Eight Creeks Dental offers a strong clinical environment where hygienists can focus on delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and working with a collaborative, supportive team.
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (with the option to work 4 days a week)
- Flexible scheduling available
Technology & Clinical Support
You'll work with modern, fully digital technology, including:
- Woodpecker AIRFLOW for guided biofilm therapy
- iTero Lumina scanner
- CBCT imaging
- Digital radiography
- Ultrasonic scalers and laser dentistry
- Ergonomic equipment throughout
- Open Dental practice management
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is:
- A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
- Local anesthesia certification preferred (and rewarded with a higher rate)
- Able to work independently while staying an engaged team member
