Hamblin Family Dentistry is a $6M+, fully out-of-network, fee-for-service practice in Houston, Texas, and we're built for dentists who want to produce at the highest level. No corporate oversight, no insurance interference, no one telling you how to practice, just a fast-paced, supportive, collaborative team and the platform to do the best work of your career.

The infrastructure is already built and the chairs are full: we welcome 200+ new patients every month, and our current associate, just two years out, is producing $120K–$150K per month. The platform works if you do. We've built a culture worth protecting, a great team with no drama and no politics, and we're looking for someone ready to step in and run.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections

Expected Earnings: $300,000–$600,000+ annually for the right clinician

Daily Guarantee: $600 per day for the first 3 months

Benefits Include:

• $2,000 annual CE allowance, with additional CE reimbursement available (with a corresponding contract extension)
• Health insurance: $250 monthly employee stipend
• 401(k) match: 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%, after one year

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role, ideally 5 days a week to start (with 4-day flexibility possible), stepping into a busy, high-demand schedule from day one.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Friday 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

We're hiring to support our growth and replace an associate who's relocating, so the patient base and production are ready and waiting. You'll practice a full, broad scope of dentistry, and we want a highly clinically skilled dentist who can do as much as possible in-house, from bread-and-butter restorative to complex surgery and cosmetics.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a driven, high-performing dentist ready to produce at a high level in a busy, fee-for-service practice. The ideal candidate has:

• Clinical experience and a track record of strong production (or the clear ability and drive to get there)
• High clinical standards, you care deeply about outcomes
• The ability to connect with people and communicate treatment with conviction
• Integrity that doesn't bend under pressure
• A self-starter, driven mentality, with strong clinical and communication skills
