Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Base salary plus 32% of adjusted production

With a base salary plus 32% of adjusted production, a dentist who brings a broader scope, including implants, extractions, and the endodontics we currently refer out, has significant room to earn well above that.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time associate role with a flexible 3-to-4-day schedule, brought on to support our practice growth.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility
• Genuine work-life balance with no weekends

As a fee-for-service practice, you'll have the freedom to practice comprehensive dentistry on your terms. You'll handle a broad scope of general dentistry, including implants, extractions, and endodontics, with a real growth opportunity built in: we currently refer endo out, so there's an open door for an associate who wants to bring those procedures in-house and build that part of the practice.

We love to keep learning in-house and are happy to support additional CE for a dentist eager to expand their skills, whether you're refining your clinical abilities or growing into advanced procedures.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with 2+ years of experience or completion of an AEGD or GPR (or a genuine willingness to learn and grow into advanced procedures)
• Eager to grow their scope into implants and endodontics
• Strong clinically, with excellent patient communication
• Positive, patient-focused, and a genuine team player
