Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections

Expected Earnings: $175,000–$250,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time associate role stepping into a growing, busy practice.

Schedule:

• Typically 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Crowns
• Root canals
• Extractions
• Fillings
• Bridges

Mentorship & Growth

You'll have mentorship and support available as you settle in and grow your skills. For the right long-term fit, there is also a genuine path to partnership as you build your future with the practice.

Our practice is modern and fully digital, equipped with:

• Digital X-rays
• 3D imaging
