Brickworks Dental is a family-oriented, relationship-based practice in Mays Landing, New Jersey, just 20 minutes from Atlantic City and the Jersey Shore. We're hiring an associate as one of our partners retires, which means you'll step into an established schedule with a built-in patient base. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of production

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time associate role, stepping into an established schedule as our retiring partner transitions out.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, with hours that vary by day

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, handling all procedures except molar endo and complex surgery, including restorative, crowns, extractions, and more.

Mentorship & Growth

You'll receive informal guidance and support from our experienced team as you settle in. For the right long-term fit, there is also a genuine path to partnership as you grow with the practice.

Technology & Systems

Our practice is modern and fully digital, equipped with:

• Digital X-rays
• 3D imaging
• CAD/CAM systems
• Laser dentistry
• Electronic health records
• Advanced sterilization equipment

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist, with 3 to 5 years of experience preferred (though not required)
• Strong clinically, with excellent patient communication
• A genuine team player who fits a family-oriented, relationship-based culture
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude
• Committed to quality care and continuing education
