Mona Patel DMD is a collaborative and supportive dental practice in Fanwood, New Jersey, conveniently located near the train station. Our team is genuinely close-knit, Dr. Patel, our assistant, and our manager have worked together for 12 years, and we're looking for a hygienist who wants to become a valued, long-term part of that team.

We practice dentistry the right way: developing treatment plans based on what's best for the patient, not what insurance dictates. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who wants to do more than clean teeth, someone who loves educating patients, building strong relationships, and helping grow a thriving practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $55 to $65 per hour

Production Bonus: Office production goal bonuses

Benefits Include:

• 401(k) with 4% match (eligible after one year of employment)
• Paid time off: 1 week in the first year, 2 weeks after, plus paid federal holidays

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek and a well-established hygiene schedule.

Mona Patel DMD offers a strong clinical environment where hygienists can focus on delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and working with a supportive, tight-knit team.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• One Saturday a month (8:00 AM to 1:00 PM), with that Friday off in exchange

Technology & Clinical Support

You'll work with modern, fully digital, paperless technology, including:

• Digital radiography
• Intraoral scanner with 3D scanning
• Dentrix Ascend practice management software
• Cavitron and piezoelectric scalers
• Prophy jet

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist with 2+ years of experience
• Comfortable in a fully digital, paperless practice (Dentrix Ascend and 3D scanning experience a plus)
• Positive and patient-focused, who wants to do more than just clean teeth
• Passionate about educating patients and building strong relationships
• Interested in helping grow a strong periodontal program and co-diagnosing with the doctor
• Looking for a long-term home to grow with the practice
