Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $65 to $70 per hour

Production Bonus: Competitive production and collection bonus options

Benefits Include:

• 401(k) with 6% match (after one year of continuous employment)
• Paid holidays and sick time, with vacation accrual (1 week in year one, 2 weeks after two years)
• Signing Bonus: $1,000 per scheduled workday per week (for example, $3,000 for a 3-day schedule or $5,000 for a 5-day schedule)
• Relocation Assistance: $2,000

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a flexible 3-to-5-day schedule and genuine input into your hours.

Woodside Dental Group offers a strong clinical environment where hygienists can focus on delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and working with a collaborative, growth-minded team.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Flexible start and end times, with openness to a range of schedule options within those hours

Technology & Clinical Support

You'll work with modern, fully digital technology, including:

• iTero intraoral scanners
• Digital radiography
• CBCT imaging
• Voice-assisted charting integrated with practice management software
• Ultrasonic scalers
• Dental lasers
• An in-house lab

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (holding or eligible to obtain an Alaska license), with local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification
• Clinically confident, dependable, and committed to thorough, patient-centered care
• A strong communicator who educates patients without judgment
• Able to work independently while staying an engaged team member
• Skilled in periodontal care, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to keep learning

Previous experience is preferred, though motivated new graduates who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
