Woodmere Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is a fast-paced, family-oriented practice in the Woodmere area of Montgomery, Alabama. We're a very close team with a long-standing, loyal patient base, and we take pride in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

We're hiring an associate to step into an established, busy schedule as one of our dentists relocates out of state, meaning you'll inherit a strong patient base from day one rather than building from scratch. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of production

Expected Earnings: $300,000–$400,000 annually

Guaranteed Base: $16,666.66 per month for the first year (approximately $200,000 guaranteed)

Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 (can be structured as a relocation bonus if preferred)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with a 4-day workweek, stepping into a busy, established schedule.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, with implant experience a plus. You'll join a team of 2 providers and 5 registered dental hygienists, supporting a high-volume, well-established patient base.

• CBCT imaging
• iTero intraoral scanner
• Electric handpieces
• Endodontic handpieces
• Digital records

• A licensed general dentist, ideally with some experience and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinically, with implant experience a plus
