Shores Dental Center is a patient-centered, fee-for-service private practice in Augusta, Georgia, built around a simple philosophy: provide exceptional dentistry while giving every patient the time, attention, and experience we'd want for ourselves and our families.

As a fee-for-service practice, we're not focused on rushing patients through or seeing as many people as possible. Instead, we intentionally take the time to get to know our patients, listen to their concerns, thoroughly discuss treatment options, and provide high-quality care without the pressure of a high-volume environment. We've worked hard to create an atmosphere that feels less like a traditional dental office and more like a calm, welcoming, almost spa-like experience, and that same philosophy extends to our supportive, collaborative team, where everyone genuinely helps one another.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 35% of collections

Expected Earnings: $180,000–$280,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day for the first 6 months

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step directly into an established fee-for-service patient base with an experienced, supportive team. Our owner is transitioning her clinical practice to Florida, so you would become the primary treating doctor in a well-established Augusta practice, without competing with an owner for patients or spending months building a schedule from scratch.

For the right dentist, this offers many of the advantages of practice ownership, an established patient base, clinical autonomy, a strong team, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships, without the financial investment or administrative burden of ownership.

Schedule:

• 4-day workweek, Monday through Friday with rotating Mondays and Fridays off
• Some flexibility can be arranged to make the hours work well for everyone

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, focused on the procedures you're competent and comfortable performing, with the autonomy to care for patients thoughtfully rather than rushing from room to room.

Mentorship & Growth

Even as our owner relocates to Florida, she will remain actively involved as the practice owner and available for ongoing remote mentorship and support, including case consultation, treatment planning, clinical questions, and professional guidance. You'll have genuine autonomy alongside a real support system.

For the right long-term fit, there is also an opportunity to partner with or buy the practice after three years, a genuine path to ownership for a dentist who wants to put down roots.
