Family Dentistree is a family-oriented private practice located near downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key, Florida. We deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a warm, collaborative environment, and we're proud of the welcoming culture we've built for both our patients and our team.

We're hiring an associate as one of our partners retires, which means you'll step into an established schedule with a built-in patient base. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants a broad clinical scope, a supportive team, and a genuine path to partnership in one of Florida's most desirable coastal communities.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections

Expected Earnings: $150,000–$250,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $650 per day for the first 6 months 

Benefits Include:

• Continuing education allowance of 1% of net production per year
• Medical insurance (after a 90-day probationary period): individual plan covered at 75%, family plan at 50%
• Vision available (employee-paid)
• 401(k): 2% of quarterly earnings after a two-year waiting period

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with a 4-day workweek, stepping into an established schedule as our retiring partner transitions out.

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Fillings and crowns
• Root canals
• Extractions
• Invisalign
• Implant restoration
• Comprehensive exams

Technology & Systems

Our practice is modern and digital, equipped with:

• Digital X-rays
• CT (CBCT) imaging

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with 1 to 2 years of experience preferred
• Strong clinically, with excellent patient communication
• A genuine team player who fits a family-oriented culture
• Comfortable practicing a broad general dentistry scope
