Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $50 to $55 per hour

Production Bonus: A percentage based on adjusted hygiene production goals

Benefits Include:

• 401(k) with a 3% Safe Harbor contribution (after 90 days)
• Paid holidays that fall on a scheduled workday (after 90 days)
• 4 paid sick/personal days per year
• Vacation that grows with tenure: 1 week after year one, 2 weeks after year two, and 3 weeks after year five

Benefits are for full-time team members and can be negotiated for part-time.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek and no weekends.

Jordan Dental Health Group offers a strong clinical environment where hygienists can focus on delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and working with a supportive, family-oriented team.

Schedule

• Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• The team arrives by 7:30 AM for morning preparation
• Part-time schedules can be flexible on days

Technology & Clinical Support

You'll work with modern technology and equipment, including:

• Digital radiography
• Intraoral scanner
• Soft-tissue laser
• CBCT imaging
