Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $45 to $50 per hour

Performance Bonus: Available through office production goals

Benefits Include:

• Continuing education allowance (reviewed with the doctor and office manager)

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek and no weekends.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• No weekends

Technology & Clinical Support

You'll work with modern technology and equipment, including:

• Digital radiography
• Intraoral scanner
• CBCT imaging
• Eaglesoft practice management and charting

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
• Experienced with SRP and local anesthesia
• Strong clinically, with excellent patient communication
• A positive team player, comfortable with assisted hygiene when needed
• Comfortable with digital X-rays and intraoral cameras

Nitrous certification and some pediatric experience are a plus but not required at hire, and we're happy to help you get certified.
