Associate Dentist | $300K Earning Potential + 30% Production | Kois-Trained, Mentorship-Driven Practice | Denver, CO

OG Dental is a collaborative, growth-focused practice located in the Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood of downtown Denver, Colorado. We're a team of four doctors genuinely committed to clinical excellence and continuous learning, so much so that we run a weekly study club together.

This is a Kois-trained practice running the full suite of Kois systems, with two senior doctors already bringing that caliber of dentistry to the office. For an associate, that means stepping into an environment where high-level, evidence-based dentistry is simply how we work, with the mentorship and systems to help you practice at that level too.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of production

Expected Earnings: $300,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $600 per day

Benefits Include:

• $5,000 annual Continuing Education allowance
• Medical insurance (associate pays 50% of premium)
• 401(k) with 4% match

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time associate role with flexible hours and days, brought on to support our practice growth and to help transition as our senior doctors step back.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, with patient hours until 7:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday
• No weekends
• Real flexibility to flex your hours and days

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, including crowns, fillings, and comprehensive restorative care, with room to grow into higher-level dentistry through our Kois systems and mentorship.

One note on ramp-up: new associates typically see hygiene patients on their own (with an assistant) while building up their production schedule, giving you a productive, supported start as your column fills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with an AEGD or at least 3 years out of school
• New graduates who have completed an AEGD are also encouraged to apply
• Strong clinically, with a genuine passion for continued learning (a true CE enthusiast)
• Willing to grow outside clinical hours and engage with our study-club culture
• A reliable team player who builds lasting relationships with patients
