Chandan Dental Associates is a modern, technology-driven private practice in Sandy Lake, Pennsylvania, in Mercer County, about an hour north of Pittsburgh. We're a patient-centered, growing practice, and the best sign of that is our team: our hygienist has been with us 21 years, our office manager 22 years, and our lab technician 19 years. With three doctors, two full-time hygienists, three EFDAs, and in-house lab support, you'll step into a welcoming, well-run environment with the staff and systems to help you thrive. 

Compensation & Benefits

Daily Guarantee: $850 per day for the first 6 months, up to $1,200 per day depending on procedures and experience

Or 33% of adjusted production, with no laboratory fees deducted

Earning Potential: over $200,000 to $250,000+ annually.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role (we're also happy to consider part-time), with a schedule built for real work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• No evenings and no weekends

We're a highly prosthetics-based practice (dentures and partials are a core strength), and we're looking for a dentist strong in restorative, prosthetics, and bread-and-butter general dentistry. Depending on your comfort level, there's room to do much more: with our scanner, 3D printer, and in-house lab, a clinician who wants to take on more complex cases can absolutely do so.

Every associate gets their own scheduling coordinator who works with you on which procedures you want, how your columns are built, and how much time you need, so your day is set up around your strengths. You'll also always have an assistant at your side.

We're a private practice (PPO and fee-for-service, no Medicare or Medicaid) with an established patient base and excellent growth potential.

Mentorship & Growth

Mentorship is genuinely available here, and it's a real strength. Dr. Chandan is an experienced clinician who can train and guide you on surgical extractions and implant placement, and we partner with an endodontics company to train you on root canals. Whether you're an experienced dentist or a recent graduate, we invest heavily in helping you grow your clinical skills.

For the right long-term fit, there is also partnership potential to discuss as you grow with the practice.

Technology & Systems

Our fully digital, modern practice is equipped with:

• Advanced digital intraoral 3D scanners
• In-house 3D printing and digital workflows
• In-house dental laboratory for efficient case turnaround (we work with three labs)
• CBCT imaging
• Laser dentistry
• On-site access to an orthodontist and oral surgeon

• A licensed general dentist, ideally with some experience and a desire to commit long-term
• Strong in restorative, prosthetics, and bread-and-butter dentistry, with room to grow into more complex care
