Irmo Smiles is a high performing, patient centered, private, 100% fee-for-service practice located in Irmo, South Carolina, sitting between Lake Murray and Columbia, about 10 miles from downtown. We're growth oriented, collaborative, and technology-forward, with a genuine family environment focused on exceptional, longterm patient care.

Our expansive, multi-specialty dental facility is uniquely equipped to serve the entire family, featuring 18 universally equipped general dentistry suites, an 8 chair pediatric hygiene bay, 4 private sedation equipped pediatric suites, and a dedicated in-house orthodontic practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% to 33% of net production above an $800 per day guarantee, with uncapped earning potential

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$350,000 annually

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with a 4 day workweek, brought on to support our continued practice growth.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Some schedule flexibility is possible

You'll practice a broad and comprehensive scope of dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Anterior and posterior composite restorations
• Crowns, core buildups, bridges, and same day CEREC crowns
• Routine and surgical extractions
• Anterior, premolar, and molar endodontics
• Implant placement and restoration
• Periodontal diagnosis and nonsurgical treatment
• Pediatric restorative care and simple extractions
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Digital scanning and CBCT interpretation

You'll receive informal guidance and mentorship directly from our owner, who brings over 20 years of experience. We provide a supportive environment designed to help you grow clinically and take on more advanced procedures with confidence over time.
