Central Family Dentistry is a supportive, family-friendly dental practice located in downtown Denver, Colorado, in a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and parks. Our team is focused on professionalism and high-quality, attentive care, and we genuinely enjoy working together.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $52 to $75 per hour

Production Bonus: Hourly base plus 30% of production above goal, paid twice monthly

Benefits Include:

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek and no weekends.

Central Family Dentistry offers a strong clinical environment where hygienists can focus on delivering excellent care, building long-term patient relationships, and working with a supportive, professional team.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Tuesday and Wednesday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Daily lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 PM

The practice offers a consistent 4-day schedule with no weekends.

Technology & Clinical Support

You'll work with modern technology and equipment, including:

• Digital radiography
• TRIOS 6 intraoral scanner
• Intraoral camera
• Picasso Lite diode laser
• Ultrasonic scalers
• Ergonomic equipment
• Paperless charting

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
• Local anesthesia certified, with soft-tissue diode laser and SRP experience
• Familiar with practice management software
• An excellent communicator with a positive attitude
• A team player who also works well independently
