As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an associate to join us and help serve a significant community need. With veteran owner-dentists who stay actively involved and a cohort of associates who meet and collaborate regularly, this is an excellent opportunity for a dentist, whether experienced or a new graduate, who wants real mentorship, strong earning potential, and a genuine path to partnership.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $200,000 base salary plus a 30% production bonus

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$400,000 annually

Benefits Include:

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with the flexibility to start at 5 days per week and transition to a regular 4-day schedule over time.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Ability to move to a 4-day workweek regularly as you get established

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, with mentorship available to grow into advanced procedures, including:

• Implants
• Endodontics
• Oral surgery
• Orthodontics

Our modern office is fully equipped with digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, CBCT imaging, and laser dentistry.

Mentorship & Growth

Mentorship is a genuine strength here. You'll learn alongside veteran owner-dentists who stay closely involved, plus a supportive cohort of fellow associates who meet and collaborate regularly. Whether you're an experienced dentist or a newer graduate, you'll have real support to expand your clinical scope into implants, endo, surgery, and ortho over time.
