Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 32% of adjusted production

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$600,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $1,000 per day

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (half at signing, half at 6 months)

Relocation Assistance: Lump sum, negotiable

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity brought on to support our continued practice growth. You'll lead clinically as the office's only doctor, with a strong, full-time team (including hygiene) behind you every step of the day.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, with 2 negotiable Sundays per month (often just a few hours)
• Full days are needed, and you can choose an early (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) or late (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) schedule as needed

You'll perform all procedures within your expertise level, and we'll provide training to help you grow into more advanced procedures. We're looking for a dentist who is comfortable with first molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and cosmetic work.

Mentorship & Growth

We offer ongoing guidance, peer support, and paid training, including paid implant training, to help you expand your clinical skill set. Whether you're refining your technique or moving into advanced procedures, you'll have real support to grow, with the autonomy to practice your way.

Technology & Systems

Our practice is modern and fully digital, equipped with:

• SprintRay 3D printer
• Shining intraoral scanner
• CBCT imaging

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with at least 2 to 3 years of experience, confident practicing as the solo doctor
• Confident and ready to step in and produce, comfortable as the only doctor in the office with the support of an experienced team
• Comfortable with first molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and cosmetic work
• Patient-focused and aligned with our values of Excellence, Empathy, and Efficiency
