You'll have the autonomy to essentially run your own established office while knowing Dr. Rasner is just 12 minutes away whenever you want guidance or collaboration.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced dentist who enjoys practicing independently. While mentorship is available, this position is best suited for someone ready to lead an established practice-not someone seeking over-the-shoulder mentorship.
2025 Production:
More than $1.1 million in total doctor production
Primary doctor produced approximately $796,000 while working just three days per week.
Compensation:
Compensation based on 32% of production
Daily guarantee provided (will not need the daily guarantee Tuesday-Thursday)

Two hygienists scheduled Tuesday through Thursday
