Pagosa Peak Family Dentistry is a growing, supportive private practice located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, a mountain town nestled in the San Juan Mountains. Our team culture is one of our biggest strengths: we're a tight-knit, supportive group that genuinely enjoys working together, keeps things fun day to day, and is growth-minded both as a practice and for each team member individually.

Our brand-new facility has fueled strong growth, and we're currently welcoming 90 to 100 new patients per month, giving you a full and productive schedule with real earning potential from the start. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Tiered production model, 31% to 35% based on production level

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$325,000 annually

Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,000

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day for the first 6 months

• CE and professional expense allowance of approximately $5,000 per year

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role in a rapidly growing practice with a 4-day workweek and meaningful schedule flexibility. 

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM patient hours
• With multiple doctors on staff, it's easy to cover for one another, giving you real flexibility when you need it

You'll practice a broad and expanding scope of dentistry. We encourage skill development through continuing education and mentorship, and our goal is to get our associate comfortable performing all procedures.

Mentorship & Growth

We offer real mentorship. That includes doctor calibration meetings to align on clinical approach, plus informal, day-to-day guidance whenever a case needs extra support. We strongly encourage continuing education to help our doctors grow their skill set.

Because of that support system, our associates often feel confident taking on cases they might otherwise shy away from if they were practicing unsupported.

Technology & Systems

Our brand-new office is state-of-the-art with fully digital workflows throughout, including:

• Digital X-rays
• In-house CBCT imaging
• 3D printers and in-house mills
• iTero and TRIOS intraoral scanners
