Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of adjusted production

Expected Earnings: $250,000 to $400,000 annually

Our most recent associate, who graduated in 2025, grossed over $400,000 in her first 12 months with us. Your earning potential here is real and well-supported by our patient volume and systems.

Guaranteed Base Salary: $18,000 per month

Retention Bonus: $5,000 per year, with $5,000 added each year upon renewal, or $25,000 paid up front for signing a five-year commitment

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with the training, support, and volume to help you thrive clinically and financially.

You'll work directly under the mentorship of Dr. Gupta, CDO of ACE Dental of Texas, who has spent years developing fresh-graduate associates and created our proven 5-STAR Training Program to build the skills our practices need, including confidently treating same-day procedures like root canals and surgical extractions for our emergency patients.

You'll provide a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorations
• Simple and surgical extractions
• Crowns, bridges, partials, and dentures
• Implant prosthetics
• Endodontic treatment and more.

Mentorship is at the heart of ACE Dental of Texas. Through our 5-STAR Training Program and personalized clinical training directly under Dr. Gupta, you'll be set up to achieve both clinical and financial excellence. The program has been highly successful with our associates over time, giving newer dentists the confidence to treat a full scope of same-day procedures.
