VIP Dental Lounge is a modern, patient-focused practice located in the Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Our team is supportive, positive, and fun, with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants to practice a broad surgical and restorative scope alongside a collaborative team in a well-equipped, technology-forward office.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of collections
Expected Earnings: Approximately $127,000+ per year based on the 2-day-per-week schedule

The Opportunity

This is a part-time associate role, 2 days per week, in a collaborative, team-based practice alongside our doctor and two hygienists.

Schedule:

• Monday: 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

You'll practice a broad, surgery-forward scope of general dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive exams and periodic oral evaluations
• Extractions
• Bone grafts
• Composite restorations
• Root canals
• Core build-ups and crowns
• Implant placement

You'll practice with advanced technology, including:

• Digital X-rays
• 3D imaging
• Laser dentistry
• TRIOS intraoral scanning

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with 3 to 5 years of experience
• Strong clinically, particularly with surgical and implant procedures
• An excellent communicator with patients
• A positive team player who thrives in a supportive environment
• Comfortable practicing a broad, comprehensive scope independently
