Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of production or an $800 per day guarantee, whichever is higher

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day, ongoing

Expected Annual Earnings: $200,000 initially, with opportunity for growth over time

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, long-term associate role with a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, and no Fridays.

Office hours:

• Monday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

You'll provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including children and adults, working from an established patient base in a supportive environment. The practice uses an iTero Lumina scanner, creating the potential for a fully digital dentistry workflow.

Core procedures include:

• Restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Removable prosthodontics
• Implant restorations
• Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Patient education and communication regarding treatment options

Experience with Invisalign and sleep apnea treatment is preferred but not required, and training and support may be available for the right candidate looking to expand their skill set.
