Saluda Dental Group, part of Southern Dental Alliance, is a well-established, fully digital, chartless practice in Saluda, South Carolina. We’re a tight-knit, experienced team poised for continued growth.

We are looking for a General Dentist ready to lead the practice clinically as its primary doctor, with full autonomy, an established patient base, and the administrative support of a dentist-focused group behind you.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,100 daily guarantee for your first 90 days
• $225,000–$300,000 earning potential
• 32% of collections, backed by a 98%+ collection rate
• $1500 Sign-on Bonus
• No lab fees deducted from your compensation

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• One half-day Friday per month, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Three-day weekends nearly every week
