Saluda Dental Group, part of Southern Dental Alliance, is a well-established, fully digital, chartless practice located in Saluda, South Carolina. We're a tight-knit team poised for continued growth, seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Dentist to serve as our sole provider.

Compensation & Benefits

Daily Guarantee: $1,000 per day for the first 90 days

Compensation: 32% of collections after the daily guarantee period, supported by the practice's excellent 98%+ collection rate

Expected Earnings: $175,000–$300,000 annually

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, sole-provider opportunity where you'll take the lead clinically as the practice's only doctor, with the autonomy to shape patient care your way while being supported by an experienced, efficient team.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• One half-day Friday per month, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

In this role, you'll:

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry to a broad patient population
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight as the sole doctor
• Build trust and rapport with patients through excellent communication and chairside manner
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth, efficient schedule and a positive patient experience

You'll practice in a fully digital, chartless environment built for efficiency and modern, high-quality care.
