Our practice has simply grown too large for one doctor to keep up with the volume. With a three-year production average of more than $2.55 million, 3,000 active patients, and an average of 64 new patients per month in 2026, this is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into a genuinely busy schedule from day one, with no cherry-picking of cases and plenty of work waiting.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Percentage of production

Expected Earnings: A minimum of $250,000 annually, supported by strong and growing practice production

The Opportunity

This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek and no Fridays.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Flexibility on start and end times, time off, and scheduling

Our schedule is full, we won't cherry-pick cases, and we want our associate busy from the start.

You'll practice a focused scope of general dentistry, including:

• Direct and indirect restorations
• Simple root canals
• Simple extractions

Our practice is modern and fully digital, equipped with:

• CEREC system for same-day restorations
• Two intraoral scanners, including iTero
• Three in-house milling units
