River Valley Dentistry is a well-established, growth-oriented dental group located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We're a fun, collaborative group of dentists who genuinely care about our patients and enjoy working together to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.

Our practice was fully renovated last year and looks brand new inside, and we're supported by a great team and an outstanding office manager. With three practices across the area, we offer real stability and long-term growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into a busy, well-run office with strong support and a genuine team culture.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of adjusted production

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000 annually (our current associate is on track to earn about $300,000 this year)

Daily Guarantee: $600 per day for the first 6 months, a figure our associates typically exceed with ease

Benefits Include:

• $10,000 annual Continuing Education allowance
• IRA with employer match

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role with a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday. You'll step into a busy, established schedule with strong patient volume and the support of a great team behind you.

This role is based in one of our offices where you'll be the solo doctor, so we're looking for a dentist with more experience than a new graduate, someone confident practicing independently.

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, and our office is set up to support advanced procedures, including:

• Endodontics (the office is equipped with CBCT imaging for endo)
• Implants (a bonus, though not a deal-breaker)
• Invisalign (with iTero scanners in office)

If you're interested in expanding into these areas, mentorship is available to help you grow. If you already perform them, even better.

Technology & Systems

Our newly renovated office is equipped with modern technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• iTero intraoral scanners
• A fully updated, brand-new interior built for efficient, high-quality care

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with experience beyond a new graduate, confident working as the solo doctor in the office
• Clinically capable across a broad scope of general dentistry
• Interested in (or already skilled in) endo, implants, or Invisalign, with mentorship available to grow
• Collaborative and patient-focused, a good fit for a fun, team-oriented group
• Ready to start as soon as the right fit is found
