Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 32% of collections

Expected Earnings: $150,000–$300,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $750 per day for the first 90 days

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role in a busy downtown practice with a set schedule and no weekends.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• A 4-day workweek with no weekends

You'll provide a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Root canals
• Implant restorations
• Simple extractions

Mentorship & Growth

One of the greatest advantages of joining our team is the opportunity to learn from prosthodontist owners who mentor our associate GPs directly. Whether you're refining your restorative technique, expanding into more complex cosmetic cases, or building confidence with implant restorations, you'll have specialist-level guidance available to you.

Our practice is fully digital and equipped with advanced technology, including:

• Digital radiography with AI assist
• CBCT 3D imaging
• iTero intraoral scanning
• CEREC scanning and same-day fabrication
• 3D printing technology
• Electronic health records

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with 3 or more years of experience preferred
• New graduates considered with completion of a GPR or AEGD program
• Exceptionally strong clinically
• An excellent communicator who educates patients effectively
• Able to work well within a large team
• Positive, ambitious, and self-motivated
