Pleasant Valley Smile Studio is a modern, well-established practice located in Winchester, Virginia, in the scenic Shenandoah Valley. Our team is welcoming, collaborative, and patient-focused, valuing excellent clinical care, open communication, and mutual support.

We're a busy, growing practice that maintains a friendly, low-drama environment where team members are respected and encouraged to grow professionally. As patient demand continues to increase, we're looking for an associate to help expand access to care and build a long-term role within the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of collections

Expected Earnings: $250,000 and up annually

Daily Guarantee: $1,000 per day for the first 3 months

The Opportunity

This is a flexible opportunity that can begin at three days per week and grow into a full-time schedule, giving you real control over your work-life balance while stepping into a steady flow of new and established patients.

Schedule:

• Typically three weekdays per week, approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Days are flexible based on your availability, and start and end times can be discussed
• Full-time hours available if desired
• No weekends

Clinical Scope & Growth

You'll provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Exams and treatment planning
• Restorative treatment and fillings
• Crowns and bridges
• Simple extractions
• Emergency care

Based on your experience and comfort level, you may also perform root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign. Doctors are never expected to perform procedures outside their comfort level.

Hands-on mentorship is a cornerstone of this role. You'll receive clinical mentorship, treatment-planning support, and guidance tailored to your experience and goals. Our owner dentist brings extensive experience in comprehensive restorative dentistry, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, implants, endodontics, sedation, airway, and practice development, and continuing education is strongly encouraged.

• iTero Lumina intraoral scanners
• Carestream CBCT 3D imaging
• Digital radiography
• Fotona laser
• Glidewell IO Mill for in-office milling
• Open Dental practice management software
• Advanced digital treatment planning for Invisalign and comprehensive restorative care

• A licensed general dentist in the state of Virginia

• An excellent communicator who works well as part of a team
• Eager to keep learning and expand their clinical skills and technology proficiency
• Motivated to grow with our team long-term

We are open to an exceptional new graduate who is motivated, coachable, and committed to providing high-quality patient care. A GPR or AEGD is a plus but not required.
