Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% of adjusted production

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$300,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $850 to $1,000 per day, depending on experience,
Guaranteed for the first 3 months for experienced dentists and the first 6 months for recent graduates

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 per year of contract signed (with a clawback clause if the associate leaves within the contract period)

Relocation Assistance: Negotiable

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role in a busy, growing practice with meaningful schedule flexibility.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Fridays are optional, and there's flexibility to start later if that suits you better

You'll practice a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Extractions
• Anterior and premolar root canals
• Removable prosthetics
• Implant restoration, with implant placement available if you're qualified or willing to train
• Overdentures, with training provided

Mentorship & Growth

Mentorship is a real part of this role. You'll work directly with the owner doctor, and you'll have access to a study club with other doctors across the organization, giving you a broader network to learn from and grow with.

We're committed to continuing education and to helping our doctors expand into advanced procedures such as implant placement and overdentures, with training available for those eager to develop.

Our practice is fully digital and equipped with modern technology, including:

• 3D imaging
• Digital radiography
• CEREC same-day restorations
• Laser dentistry
• Dentrix Ascend cloud-based practice management
