Associate Dentist Opportunity | $250K+ Earning Potential | Flexible 2 to 4 Day Schedule | Mentorship & Path to 37% Collections | Westminster, MD

For more than 30 years, Gallagher and Kuhn Dental Group has been  a growing, patient-focused private practice located in Westminster, Maryland, where our energetic, collaborative team is dedicated to helping patients have a great experience and achieve their best oral health.

We love showing patients that a dental visit can be better than they expected, and we help each other get the job done. As our practice continues to grow, and as we expand our services in implants, sleep and airway, and laser dentistry, we're looking for a self-motivated, friendly associate who wants to grow alongside a team that genuinely enjoys taking care of their community.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 33% to 35% of collections, with the opportunity to earn 37% of collections after the first two years

Expected Earnings: $250,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee: $750 per day for the first 3 months (negotiable based on experience and skill level)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 paid at the six-month mark for a doctor working at least three days per week

Benefits Include:

• Continuing Education allowance: $5,000 annually
• Health insurance or an equivalent stipend
• 401(k) with 3% employer match after six months, available to part-time or full-time doctors
• Flexible time off with reasonable notice, coordinated with the team for doctor coverage

The Opportunity

This is a flexible full-time or part-time opportunity, with the practice seeking a doctor for at least three days per week (two to four days considered, open to starting with two days and building from there). The specific days are flexible with no Saturdays, and there is room for earlier or later start times or longer but fewer days to fit the right candidate.

You'll provide a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Extractions
• Fillings
• Crowns
• Exams

For a doctor who is comfortable and proficient, there's also the opportunity to expand into root canals, implants, Invisalign, cosmetic cases, and dentures.
Implants, sleep and airway, and laser dentistry have become a growing part of our practice, creating strong patient demand and room to grow your clinical skill set.

You'll practice with advanced technology in a recently renovated office (completed in 2026), including:

• CEREC Primescan and Primemill
• SprintRay 3D printing
• CBCT imaging
• Solea laser
• Multiple iTero scanners
• Fully digital charts, forms, and X-rays

Whether you're an experienced dentist who values independence or a doctor looking to grow, you'll find the right fit here. Our owner doctors are available for collaboration, case discussion, and continuing education whenever it's useful. A periodontist also provides care in our office monthly, adding to the collaborative clinical environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist with some experience preferred
• Proficient in the fundamentals: fillings, crowns, exams, and extractions
• A strong communicator who is comfortable discussing and recommending treatment and helping patients feel at ease
• Self-motivated to keep improving and open to tracking metrics like case acceptance
• Friendly, collaborative, and positive, with a genuine drive to help the team thrive
