Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $57.00 per hour

Expected Daily Earnings: Approximately $456 per scheduled day

Guaranteed Hours: Yes, Scheduled hours are guaranteed, even in the event of patient cancellations or no-shows.

Benefits Include

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus after successfully completing 12 months of employment
• Continuing Education with doctor-approved CE courses paid by the practice
• Medical insurance (practice pays 50% of the employee premium and 25% of the premium for a spouse and one child)
• 3% employer 401(k) contribution after a 90-day probationary period
• Paid Time Off, accrued at 1 hour for every 17.82 hours worked (Essential Safe and Sick Time incorporated into PTO)

Patient Care Philosophy

Appointment lengths include:

• 90-minute new adult patient appointments
• 60-minute adult recall appointments
• 70-minute periodontal maintenance appointments
• 50-minute appointments for children ages 3–12

These appointment lengths allow our hygienists to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering thorough, personalized care.
