• Expected Earnings: $180,000–$220,000+ annually
• Compensation: 35% of net production on managed dental care services, plus 28% of net production on all commercial and cash-paying patients

The Opportunity

This is a full-time General Dentist opportunity with multiple established practices across Oregon, allowing you to choose the community that best fits your career goals and lifestyle.

Most offices operate Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and providers are able to choose their schedule within reason, offering meaningful flexibility.

Each office offers a comprehensive scope of general dentistry, with the specific case mix varying based on the practice and patient population. Core procedures include:

• Restorative dentistry
• Crown & bridge
• Endodontics
• Extractions
• Implant restorations
• Preventive dentistry
• Pediatric dentistry

Doctors are encouraged to practice to the full extent of their clinical abilities and expand into procedures that align with their interests.

Every location is supported by experienced hygienists, assistants, office managers, and regional leadership teams.

The patient mix varies by community. Our practices see a substantial Medicaid population alongside PPO, Fee-for-Service, and commercial patients, providing a steady, consistent patient flow and the opportunity to build a productive schedule quickly.
