Associate Dentist GP

Join our dynamic dental team as an Associate Dentist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting oral health. Looking for an associate that wants to be a leader, long-term in this patient-focused environment. You will be responsible for providing and communicating the importance of comprehensive dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation. Hours: Monday Through Thursday 8-5pm. Fridays optional.

$800 per diem first two months followed by 30-35% tier production.

Minimum 2 years experience preferred

Duties

• Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, some hygiene, extractions and root canal therapy. Mentorship available for implants and AOX.
• Technology includes: Itero and Digital Xrays
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced tools such as digital X-rays
• Deliver pediatric dentistry services tailored to children’s needs, ensuring a friendly and comfortable experience for young patients
• Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain diagnoses and treatment plans clearly to patients and team members
• Maintain strict infection control protocols through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures in line with HIPAA regulations
• Document all medical records meticulously, including treatment notes, medical history updates, and procedural details using electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the dental team during four-handed dentistry procedures to optimize efficiency and patient comfort
