Overview
Join our dynamic dental team as a Licensed Associate Dentist and make a meaningful impact on patients’ oral health and confidence! In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care in a friendly, patient-focused environment. Your expertise will help transform smiles while fostering trust and comfort with every visit. We are committed to supporting your professional growth and providing a rewarding experience where your skills shine. One day per week to start (Tuesday). Additional days will be available in the future. $750 per diem, followed by 30% net production after approx 3-6 months. PPO/Cash/FFS/In House Membership Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics to ensure optimal patient oral health.
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing dental terminology and clinical best practices.
  • Execute complex procedures such as dental extractions, anterior root canal therapy, simple extractions with precision and aseptic technique.
  • Knowledge of dentures/partials/denture repairs
  • Utilize dental imaging technology and medical records management systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document treatments accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care delivery while maintaining infection control standards.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care to promote long-term health outcomes.

Experience

  • Valid state licensure as a Dentist with active licensing as a Licensed Associate Dentist.
  • Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or dental office environment with familiarity in dental terminology and medical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
  • Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, medical imaging techniques, anatomy fundamentals, and HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Prior experience working with pediatric patients or within pediatric dentistry is a plus.
