Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 30% of net production Daily Guarantee: $850/day DOE for the first 3 months (or higher if net production exceeds guarantee) Expected Earnings: $200K–$500K+ potential Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (negotiable) Relocation Assistance: Available (negotiable)
